As senior adults, my husband and I have sold and purchased several homes over the years. We were planning our final retirement purchase and wanted to relocate outside of San Antonio. After several previews of existing homes we decided to look at building a home. Danielle directed us to several builders and assisted us in lot selection, upgrades, incentives and got us the best deal possible. She asked questions that we would never have thought of.

Once we had the new house started we put our existing house on the market. Danielle was very insistent on what the market price should be for our existing home, we were a little hesitant and felt it might be too high. However, we decided to trust her knowledge of the market and we are glad we did. Our house sold in two days, over asking price!
